All prices for merchandise appearing on our Site are stated in USD.
We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. Revolve Merchandise accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Your credit card number and signature codes are handled by SSL – encrypted communication. Card numbers are not stored in our systems. Sorry but at this time we do not accept PayPal. We are working on it and hope to be able to offer this payment option in the near future.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Revolve Merchandise customer service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Returns and Refunds
We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. All returns must be made within 30 days after your date of order. We do not accept returns after the 30-day period. All sale items are final. Sorry at this time we do not do exchanges. You must return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the item you would like.
Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached and must be accompanied by any original packaging (box, bag, wrapper) the item was sold in. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. In this case you will not be issued a refund.
Customers are financially responsible for shipping item(s) back to Revolve Merchandise. Revolve Merchandise will not be held accountable for any lost packages.
Any media items such as: CDs, DVDs, vinyl, and cassettes are only returnable if they are still factory shrink-wrapped. Underwear and body jewelry are not returnable. We are not responsible for any media packaging damaged in shipping and will not replace jewel or cassette cases. Art prints or posters damaged by the customer, while opening, will not be replaced or refunded. Please use caution when opening and unrolling all prints and posters.
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, don’t worry; we will get you the correct item. Please contact customer service through the below form. We will be happy to assist you.
When returning an item to us it is best to include the original packing slip. If the packaging slip is not available please take a second to write down and include a sheet of page with the following: your name, order #, email address and a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item. This information will help us in expediting your refund.
Only items purchased thru revolvemerchandise.shop can be returned to us. Merchandise, purchased from an artist while out on tour, may not be return through our site. All items purchased from an artist while out on tour were sold to you “as is” with all sales being final.

Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for an order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Revolve Merchandise customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your merchandise to another customer without further notice.
All items purchased through our Site are shipped to you via the United States Postal Service. We reserve the right to refuse any order based on its order location. We do not ship to Brazil, Argentina or Indonesia.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for an item is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, we will have the right to cancel that order and issue a refund to you for the full amount of your order. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other Revolve Merchandise operated system.
